Guys, you deserve therapy, too. I have experience working with men's issues, including anxiety, depression, masculinity, identity issues, fatherhood, and learning how to better communicate your needs. I use a combination of talk-therapy and IFS in my work with motherhood. I am pursuing EMDR certification this fall and will be slowly integrating that into my practice.

My Approach
My work with individuals is rooted in a combination of training and personal experience. I use a holistic approach to therapy, meaning I look at you as a whole person and tailor my approach to your individual needs. I consider therapy a partnership and wholeheartedly believe that you have an equal say in how we approach your goals. In our work together, I might bring in things like IFS (Internal Family Systems), Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy.
